My practice is dedicated to offering intuitive energy healing, biodynamic cranio sacral therapy and guidance in releasing stress, anxiety, migraines, headaches and pain. I guide you in expanding self love, personal power, healing, peace and joy.
While I have transitioned away from offering standard full body massage, within intuitive energy healing sessions, if there is time, I may provide some targeted therapeutic massage, myofascial work, stretching and cupping for pain and restriction.
